The World Premiere of Rosedale Hall a Comedy by Zoe Hudson-Young at The Blackmore Theatre 25-30 August

Rosedale Hall is a new play and Zoe’s debut as a playwright – one of our own you might say, as Zoe (now living in the USA) is a former member of 14/20s (the forerunner to Centre Stage), Centre Stage and the Exmouth Players where her mum, Lyn, continues as a long-standing member. There will be an opportunity to 'Meet the Playwright' after the matinee performance.

One year on from Sandra’s decree absolute, long-time friends, Mary and Betty think a relaxing stay at a prestigious health retreat will be just the tonic needed to help their friend regain balance in her life. The anonymous entrance of an undercover journalist, the rather more flamboyant entrance of a retired actress, the addition of an overweening male masseuse, a capable service provider and a health practitioner lead to a hilarious sequence of events.
